We're back!!!

Sorry for the break!! Haven't posted in a year... whoops!
To catch up on our families life.. lots have been going on in the Warrens life.
I (Meg) thought I would try and keep you guys up to date!
Well to start out Mike and I have been taking at least one class at LBA (lakeside baptist academy)
which is at a church in Granbury. Michael takes a Logic/ Critical thinking class, and last semester he took a photography class. I take choir, but I plan on taking another class when I enter high school next semester (scary right?). Most of the classes I am interested in are for older grades so I'm looking forward to the next semester!
With Mom and Dad they are busy with running the family and keeping us in line!
Mom has been studying for her NANC exam and Dad has been busy at work!

Today we borrowed Julie & Julia from some friends, of what I've seen of it so far I think its great!
It makes me want to start cooking more.
Church was today which is always wonderful. We had a fun time just being with friends afterwards at a fellowship.

Some more news in the Warren family! Jonathan (my oldest brother) and his wife Megan are going to be parents in October!!
So that means my parents will have their first grand baby and Mike and I will be an uncle and aunt!
We all haven't quite figured out what we would like to be called but we are definitely thinking about it.

Well here ends the first blog post we have had in a year. I or any of us will try to keep you all up to date and make sure we post more.

Two weddings in 60 days. Now we sleep!!

It's hard to express the joy and thankfulness we have experienced in the weddings of our two oldest children. Jenny and Jason's wedding was January 31st and Jon and Megan were married this past Saturday, March 28th.

I woke up Sunday morning after Jon and Megan's wedding (yes, I actually did wake up!) with an overwhelming sense of God's rich blessings toward us; Jon and Jenny both blessed with wonderful spouses, both weddings were wonderful celebrations of God's gift of marriage, all four desiring to honor God in their lives and marriages and God being so faithful and loving to guide us all in ways that lead us to trust Him fully. How we need to be truly dependent on Him and satisfied in Him alone.
The wild ride began in October with Jen and Jason's engagement. Then came Jon and Megan's engagement in November. And now it is all over. So, now Brenda and I along with Meg and Mike begin the "new normal" around the Warren house. We'll keep you posted as we learn about our new normal!

I Just Made a Blog! You Just Saw Me Make a Blog!

So, just like the little baby boy on the e-Trade commercial can buy stock, even Greg can make a blog. Whoa!

I've spent a pretty laid back evening tinkering with this and have determined I've got a lot to learn! Hopefully, we have the beginnings of a tool we can use to share family news and keep in touch with family and friends.

With Jon and Megan's wedding in just a few days, we'll soon have even more big news and photos to share.

Meanwhile, I'll try to learn more about this brave new world!
